Wesley Sheaffer, your new dentist

            The sound of a buzzing drill, or the smell of the dentist office may not make people feel too comfortable, but for Wesley Sheaffer it's his soon to be new home. Wesley Sheaffer is this unique twenty-two year old college student who walks through the halls of Horry Georgetown.

            Wesley was born and raised in Pennsylvania and at the young age of fifteen he was already interested in the field of dental hygiene. Dental hygiene was something he always felt like he was supposed to do with his life. With this new found passion he found himself working three years later for Bettina McBeth, a well known cosmetic dentist at the Cosmetic and Family Dentist in Gardners, Pennsylvania. Wesley was the youngest and the only male to ever work for Bettina. Wesley did not only have to work hard in earning this new position, but Wesley had to be CPR certified, First Aid Certified, and Wesley had to earn his radiology license. After working with Bettina McBeth, Wesley realized he found his new hero and inspiration. Wesley wants to one day become a great dentist, one as good as Bettina Mcbeth, as well as helping everyone he can have their perfect white smile.

            Wesley decided he wanted to further his schooling career, so he began searching for a school that offered dental hygiene, an area that had an ocean, and a place that offered cheap rent. Myrtle Beach just seemed like the perfect place to go. It wasn't long before Wesley found himself in the sands of Myrtle Beach. Wesley found a job working in a restaurant called Friendly's. Wesley has now been working at Friendly's for two years, and is about to finish off his second year of college at Horry Georgetown.

            Where can you find Wesley when he's not studying dental hygiene at Horry Georgetown you might ask? Well you can find Wesley participating in the night scene at the local Myrtle Beach dance clubs having fun. You could even find Wesley at the local bar watching the Miami Dolphins play football. If Wesley sounds like someone you might want to be friends with, you might want to hurry before your chance runs up. Wesley is planning on moving back to Pennsylvania shortly after this December, and will no longer be around. So if you need some dental advice, or just a great friend, Wesley is a great candidate for either job.

            Out of all of the things that make up Wesley, the thing that I find to be the most special, and respectable, is his love and loyalty that he has for his family. Wesley is extremely family orientated, and no matter what situation he is in, or what is going on in his life, Wesley will drop anything to be there for his family. He will bend over backwards for the people that matter to him, and if you ask me that is an amazing quality for someone to have. I myself am someone who cares deeply about my family, and hearing that Wesley is the same way made me have that much more respect for him. There aren't many people that you meet in life that make you feel comfortable, or give off the impression that they are someone that you can trust, and have an open and normal conversation with; but when I talked to Wesley for the first time, that is how I felt. It has been a treat being able to learn more about him, and I encourage anyone who hasn't talked to him, to approach him and get to know him. Wesley Sheaffer is one guy I can honestly say is someone you will not regret talking to, I know I didn't.
