Multiple people get stripped search every day. People have different thoughts when they are searched. After reading MonDesire’s article, I completely disagree. Mon Desire is leaning more toward her feelings more than the facts. I truly believe that Mon Desire behaving rediciously.  Security at the airport is following safety procedures to keep the passengers safe.  Mon Desire thinks the conflict has a lot to do with her skin color. All airports security are trained to strip down certain people who they think is acting suspicious.  Security workers are qualified to do their job after going through several months of training. It could be the way she dresses and certain behavior that could trigger airport security. Maybe she doesn’t know how to act in an airport. Mon Desire never provided us with those details. One little word or loud gesture can worry the paranoid security and passengers. Security does not want passengers to feel unsafe and do their best to make sure everybody is clean. Also, refusal to obey security is the worst for suspicious behavior in an airport.  Secondly, maybe she wears thick clothing. All airport security knows that it is easy to hide little objects in certain thick clothing. Dresses, blouses, and sports coat are good for hiding small objects. Diara Mondesire needs to get a grip and face the facts. She needs to sit down and think about any other side effects that possibly could have happened. It does not matter if our skin color is white, black, blue, green, red, or yellow, we are all equal human beings. The airport security is there to do their jobs to make sure that our passengers are safe. Daira Mondesire needs to stop living 1913 and start living 2013.
